We accept Paypal and VISA and Mastercard. You don’t necessarily need to have a PayPal account to pay– if you prefer, you can use any major credit card by clicking the PayPal link that says “Don’t have a PayPal account?”.
We also accept bank transfer into an Australian bank account.

How To Purchase
When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the “add to cart” button. The item(s) you have chosen will appear in your cart. Please make sure the item, size and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item by clicking “delete” in your cart (to the right of the item). To complete your purchase, click “checkout” (at the bottom right hand side of your cart). Please follow the payment instructions to complete your order.

Confirmation
Once you have completed entering your address and payment information press “Complete my purchase” and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please save this document for your records. If there are any mistakes on the e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away.

We ship INTERNATIONALLY, no matter where you may be!

Postage rates are automatically determined at the checkout.

Approximate delivery times are as follows: -

United States

Make Believe uses United States Postal Service, and your items will typically take 5 – 7 business days to arrive. Please let us know if you need your order faster and we can try to accommodate.

International

Make Believe uses United States Postal Service First Class International Mail which takes an estimated 7 to 13 working days between metropolitan areas of major cities. The calculated shipping fee at the checkout includes the cost of registering the parcel.

If you wish to send without registration at a lower shipping cost, please contact us via email and we can arrange for standard shipping.

Alternatively, if you choose to use Priority Mail International, shipping takes an estimated 4-10 working days, however the item cannot be registered or tracked. This can also be arranged by special request via email.

Make Believeでは国内配送にExpress Postを使用しております。発送後5〜7営業日で到着いたします。

国際

Make Believeでは国際配送にオーストラリア郵便のエアメールを使用しております。主要都市部には、発送後おおよそ5〜13営業日で到着いたします。ほとんどの国で送達確認可能なので必要な場合は注文時にその旨お伝え下さい。

さらに、Express Post International（国際速達便）のご使用も可能です。この場合、商品到着に4〜8営業日かかります。商品の配送状況の確認が可能で、到着した際にサインが必要となります。送達確認可能なので必要な場合は注文時にその旨お伝え下さい。
